you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the website or our services.

Lametayel Vietnam provides travel-related information, consultation, planning assistance, quote requests, booking coordination,
and related services for Vietnam and other travel destinations. These services may include, among other things:

• Flights, domestic flights, transfers, and transportation services;
• Tours, attractions, activities, and excursions;
• Travel planning, itinerary assistance, and customer support;
• Offers, promotions, and travel-related content.

Some services are supplied directly by third-party suppliers such as hotels, airlines, tour operators, transport companies, payment providers, and local service providers. In such cases, Lametayel Vietnam may act as an intermediary, booking coordinator, agent, or support provider, depending on the specific service.

3. Information on the Website

The information published on the website is provided for general travel and informational purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to keep the information accurate and updated, but travel information may change quickly, including prices, availability, schedules, opening hours, routes, supplier policies, visa requirements, health requirements, and local regulations.

We do not guarantee that all information on the website is complete, current, error-free, or suitable for your specific circumstances. Before relying on any travel information, you should confirm the relevant details with us or with the applicable official authority or service provider.

4. Quotes, Prices, and Availability

Prices, availability, promotions, and package details shown on the website or provided by our representatives are subject to change until the booking is confirmed and payment requirements have been completed.

Some prices may depend on supplier availability, exchange rates, seasonality, room type, flight class, number of travelers, special requests, payment method, and other factors outside our control. A quote does not guarantee availability unless explicitly confirmed in writing by Lametayel Vietnam.

In the event of a pricing error, technical error, supplier error, or obvious mistake, Lametayel Vietnam reserves the right to correct the error, cancel the quote, or offer an updated price before confirmation.

5. Bookings and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after Lametayel Vietnam or the relevant supplier issues a written confirmation, voucher, booking reference, receipt, or other confirmation document.

You are responsible for checking all booking details immediately upon receipt, including names, dates, destinations, hotel details, flight details, room types, passenger details, and special requests. Any mistake must be reported to us as soon as possible. Changes may be subject to supplier approval, availability, and additional fees.

The name on any booking must match the traveler’s passport or official travel document where applicable. Lametayel Vietnam is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Payments

Payment terms, deposit requirements, payment deadlines, accepted payment methods, currency, and installment options may vary according to the specific service, supplier, and booking conditions.

A booking may be cancelled or released if payment is not completed by the stated deadline. Bank fees, card fees, exchange-rate differences, international transfer costs, and payment-provider fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise in writing.

7. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds

Cancellation, amendment, no-show, and refund conditions are determined by the specific service, supplier policy, and booking terms provided at the time of booking. Different hotels, airlines, activities, tours, transfers, and packages may have different conditions.

Some bookings may be non-refundable, partially refundable, or subject to cancellation fees. Changes may be subject to availability, supplier approval, rate differences, and handling fees.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed according to the relevant supplier’s policy and the payment method used. Processing times may depend on banks, card companies, payment processors, and suppliers. Lametayel Vietnam is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

8. Third-Party Suppliers

Many travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers. These suppliers are responsible for the actual performance of their services, including accommodation, flights, transportation, activities, tours, and other travel arrangements.

By booking such services, you may also be bound by the supplier’s own terms and conditions, house rules, fare rules, safety rules, cancellation policies, and operating procedures. Lametayel Vietnam is not responsible for acts, omissions, delays, cancellations, accidents, injuries, losses, or service failures caused by third-party suppliers, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

9. Travel Documents, Visas, and Entry Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you and all travelers included in your booking hold valid passports, visas, entry permits, vaccination documents, travel insurance, and any other documents required by the destination country, transit countries, airlines, hotels, immigration authorities, or other relevant authorities.

Lametayel Vietnam may provide general information or assistance regarding travel requirements, but such information does not replace official advice from embassies, consulates, immigration authorities, airlines, or other official bodies. We are not responsible for denied boarding, denied entry, fines, penalties, deportation, missed services, or additional costs caused by missing, incorrect, expired, or insufficient travel documents.

10. Health, Safety, and Travel Insurance

You are responsible for assessing whether a destination, activity, tour, transportation service, or accommodation is suitable for your health, age, physical condition, medical needs, and personal circumstances.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers medical expenses, cancellations, delays, baggage, accidents, emergency assistance, and other travel risks. Lametayel Vietnam is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

11. Customer Responsibilities

When using the website or our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and updated information;
• Use the website and services only for lawful purposes;
• Not interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the website;
• Not submit false, misleading, abusive, defamatory, illegal, or harmful content;
